Support for the Flashcard Guru iOS app.

What to Include

When you contact support, please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue. If the problem is related to a PDF, imported deck, generated notes, subscription, or credits, mention the related workflow so we can investigate faster.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Flashcard Guru purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple In-App Purchase. If you subscribed or bought credits on your device, use the app's restore option or Apple's purchase history tools to restore access.

AI Notes and Credits

AI note generation may use credits based on the amount of selected content and the selected generation options. Review generated notes before using them for study, because AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate.

Deleting App Data

You can delete local documents, notes, cards, and decks inside the app. For account, purchase entitlement, credit, or server-side support questions, contact us at guru@flashify.app.
